• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Security audits and compliance assessments
• Incident response and security consulting
• Security training and awareness programs

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for the Services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Services to transmit any malicious code, or to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Shield Cooper and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shield Cooper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

In no event shall Shield Cooper's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to Shield Cooper for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's Confidential Information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.

"Confidential Information" includes any proprietary information, technical data, trade secrets, or know-how disclosed by one party to the other, including but not limited to research, business plans, products, services, customer lists, markets, software, developments, inventions, processes, formulas, technology, designs, drawings, marketing, finances, or other business information.

Shield Cooper may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach of these Terms
• A request by law enforcement or other government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shield Cooper is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Shield Cooper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
